What is going on in the arenas? The opponent's third magic is taking 30% of my health but mine is so weak. Even if my hero rating is higher and I have class bonus.

You have to give more information than that: who were you facing? who were you using?
Something seems amiss. You need to provide specific examples. For instance if you are facing an Iceman with ice armor active and you are using Star Lord with class advantage then you will not deal more than 5% damage. Are the champs the same rank and level? This is important info in determining if it is a bug or not. Oh and most champs have a stronger s2 instead of s3.
I think it seems to make more sense now. Your mastery setup may be set up to give you a disadvantage over your opponent. Also you should be avoiding letting your opponent get to a s3. I am guessing you are a newer player (nothing wrong with that), but please post a screenshot of a matchup please.
Start with a point in everything near the left for attack. Then as your work your way right you need pierce, lesser cruelty, greater cruelty, lesser precision, and greater precision. That'll help you start to pack more of a punch on attack. I would also suggest adding parry and dexterity.
