I was gifted a GGC and I believe it was a 2016 version, not 2017

    It only applies if you opened it within the first 15 minutes of the crystals going live

    I believe I did. I just heard I could post on here about problems, So it may be kind of late.

    Your best bet is to contact support through the in game method. The forum team cannot really do anything related to issuing you a replacement crystal (if you are even eligible).

    Support has been useless. The crystals aren’t very good either. I’m missing 10.

    Hey @XFA_Rebooted. As previously mentioned, you'll want to submit a ticket to Customer Support. You can submit a ticket in game by tapping the gear icon in the top left corner of the app, then choosing Support. Thanks!
