Your best bet is to contact support through the in game method. The forum team cannot really do anything related to issuing you a replacement crystal (if you are even eligible).
Hey @XFA_Rebooted. As previously mentioned, you'll want to submit a ticket to Customer Support. You can submit a ticket in game by tapping the gear icon in the top left corner of the app, then choosing Support. Thanks!
