Heal block when awakened is supposed to do damage equivalent to amount of regen blocked + % of that stolen. Similar to guilly, is how I understood it.
It "seems" to work but doesnt. Example, in 4.1 vitality path 1st fight vp regens for something like 1200 & while heal blocked numbers show the regen in green 1200 & the damage in red. Seems to be canceling each other out & no damage done.
