Any champ that requires you to pause during a special to know what to do, and then read a Google page to know what each spell does, can never be an attacker.
I tried using her against the Gorr boss in Wheel of Fate, but I found her fairly insufferable to use. There's just so much to keep track of all the gosh darn time. First off, you have 10 spells (if she's awakened and without any extra synergies) that you need to keep track of. That's hard enough. You basically have to sit with a checklist beside you to keep up with which ones you've placed and which ones you have left. This takes an ungodly amount of time to get right, especially in a high-stakes fight. Additionally, there are three possible ways to lose different types of spells, so if one of those things happen to you, you need to not only catch that you lost some spells in the first place, but also remember which types of spells you lost and what you need to do to recast those specific spells.
I have a hard time thinking of any other champion in the game that requires so much raw knowledge to just use. There are some that require more skill to master fully, but I'm not even talking about knowledge about where you can use her and all of her different types of utility. I'm talking strictly about how exactly you ramp her up properly. And I just don't see how she's worth that immense squeeze. I'm open to the notion that there's something that I'm missing that might make her better than the decidedly mid-level damage I can get out of her even with a ton of spells up, but if that's the case, then the reason I've yet to find that saving grace despite actively trying to learn how to play her is the fault of her kit and not my efforts.
I'm not sure how you'd buff her attacking prowess in a way that didn't make her a much more annoying defender, but I just don't think she hits any targets as an attacker.

The closest one in terms of difficulty to use is probably Tigra
Ok... so, what I am seeing from the responses is the 75% or more DO NOT use Enchantress on attack because she is too difficult to use on attack and mid as an attacker and OP and easier to use on defense.
@KabamDORK it would be interesting to see your stats on this. If it's true that the majority of people just put Enchantress on defense and don'r actually play her, what's the actual point of having her in the game? She might as well be an NPC.

She's not a trash champ, she's the queen of long form content just like Serpent is the king of long form content, and that's fine. If she was fast on attack too she would be busted because of how strong she already is on defense. And yes, most of these champs are obviously designed mainly for BGs, just putting it out there before that guy with the "BGs is a niche mode few people play" comment comes and says Enchantress is actually really good lmfao she's very mid for anything that isn't a massive hp, that's where she shines.

You don't need to do that really, her spells are honestly pretty simple. Each group of spells follow the same swiping patterns so as long as you remember that you can mostly just remember one of each group. All the green spells are 3 swipes in the same direction, the purple spells are one direction, then swiping in the opposite then back to the first, and the orange spells are 2 swipes in one direction and one in another

Tigra is hard to master, but not especially hard to grasp. She has a high skill ceiling, but her playstyle can basically be summed up as "Punish heavy and special attacks with heavy attacks of your own until you get an SP2, then throw that and more than often win the fight. Otherwise just repeat."
With Enchantress, however, the summed up version is basically, "Build up to an SP1 and do a swipe combo of either 'Up, up, up', 'Down, down, down', 'Left, left, left', 'Right, right, right', 'Up, left, left', 'Down, right, right', 'Left, Down, Right' or honestly, just do whatever because I can't remember them all. Either hope for the best or enter every fight with Konshu's Ankh by your side in order to keep track of everything. And also don't get interrupted, or intercepted, or knocked down, because you'll lose some of your spells if you do. If that happens, you'll need Konshu's Ankh again to figure out which spells you lost and what you need to do to regain them. But don't worry, once you've reached 12 spells and you finally throw your big SP2, you...probably will have to throw at least another one after that as well."

The same point to having somebody like Korg in the game, except if you actually master her, she has potential on attack. Korg is useless on attack, but he's still a killer on defense.

Korg is fun to play on attack. Super easy play style
