How Many Defenders?

Firstly I think the game needs tough defenders. Furthermore, I think the science class has needed a tough defender for a while now. Enter High Evolutionary. Here we go again. My issue is the frequency. We are getting too many super restrictive defenders too soon. Even new champs that aren't promoted as defenders have defensive threats. The new defenders are extremely restrictive with regards to who can have success against them. Now we're throwing questing nodes into kits left and right. Where is the skill ask. We've gotten to the point of either you have a counter or ban or you're screwed. This allows Kabam to create and sell new attackers and make money. I get it. Again its just the frequency and tuning for me right now. Maybe give us a short break from super restrictive defenders for a bit. Allow us to adjust to whats here now. Again I know tough defenders with new kits are healthy for the game but its just too much all at once.

One thing i agree is the frequency at which these 4/5 or 5/5 defenders are released, with just a specific counter being released the next month, or in the coming months.
Counter which only the whales can achieve through the new "buy 120 crystals worth 36.000 units" system, if you want a counter to the defender released a month before.
If you put on paper the "attackers vs defenders" released in the last two years, there is a HUGE gap between the two categories.
Kabam seems to be obsessed with the 5/5 defender strategy, along with the new major event sales and all those super sales events that take place every 2 months now.
I really don't like it where this game is heading to.
