Change login Email address

Hello, is it possible to change my login email address so i get notification/rewards/information on new address and also i can login through that address? I lost access to my base email account (old phone with presaved password and phone stopped working and dont know the password). MCOC account is last which is connected to my inactive mail address.

    I see the feature to change address but when i change it and login and log out it change back so it doesnt work. I need some admins help.

    Each time i try to login a i get this:
