I restarted the game, the phone, I cleared cache, but still cannot login in the game. I get game error on phone and on the tablet. I play on a Xiaomi pad 6 tablet and on a Xiaomi 13T Pro phone.
Seems like some summoners who got caught up with errors during the initial release are stuck in a bad state, we're working as quick as we can to get those accounts unstuck. Majority of summoners should be fine now but there are some folks stuck

3 hours and still unable to play. It’s honestly pretty dumb that it wasn’t taken down and fixed to keep the playing field even. Some people have been playing for hours getting a head start. In a game mode that is ranked based upon how much you play, it’s inexcusable. Top reward is an unreleased 7* that btw is #1 prestige and a 5/5 defender. Bad management of the situation. No compensation fixes the time issue.

Why not? What does it hurt to push out something that actually works? Bugs with new content is a consistent problem for this game. Even if it’s 5% of the community, should matter to you. If the issue with the content was giving out free items you would have taken it down within minutes. What I mean by compensation won’t fix anything is that: you give refills as your compensation and that doesn’t make up for the people that couldn’t play if everyone gets it. You can’t hand out points because that also does nothing.
Will there be any sort of compensation for the affected players. It's been more than 3.5 hours where others are playing and we are still waiting for the fix?
I have 7 refills expiring in 2 hours also, so if it’s not fixed by then I’ll miss out on 50 games worth of energy. Making going for top 200 rank almost pointless, all because they didn’t take it down because it’s the “minority”
@kabam When you incorrectly banned people. You gave an insane amount of compensation for 2-3 days ban. Now, we are also in the same situation where we cant play due to your bugs. Why not provide us with the compensation for the affected hours??
