Hey, don't apologize for being right -- I looked at this thread when it was started. I saw your posts, but didn't say anything.
I debated internally what to do, because I could see both sides. I am a Howling Commando. Downloaded Day 1. And I am also one of those people who has opened thousands upon thousands upon thousands of Arena crystals and never gotten the 4-star to drop.
Tried it every which way -- opened 20/40/60/80/100 at a time. Spun them. Manually. Mixed and matched. Got nothing.
So when this Arena was announced, I was going HAM. I was gonna drop 4.2-4.5 million. I am not even joking -- had 1 million 13 hours in and hadn't even cashed in 25 percent of my arena boosts.
But you were pretty persuasive -- obviously, I just have horrible luck. It's ridiculous that a Punisher hadn't dropped for me by now. The character is ancient. Everybody else who is playing for this long already has one, right?
I came to the realization that you were right. I took a deep breath and said you know what? I am only gonna put up 2.8 million. If that gets it done, great.
It got it done. You were right, no need to apologize for it. As a matter of fact, i thank you for it. You saved me a lot of time.
