I want to know how to get componsated for not being awarded a Kang after purchasing 8 odin vaults. I have messaged Kabam through the support and they never send any email back. Does anyone else agree!

    I’m unsure when I opened them some could have been opened during the first 15 minutes but they definitely were not all opened during that period.

    I would say $843.92 should be enough to justify giving me a 4* at the MINIMUM!!!!

    outside of the 1st 15-20 minutes of when they crystals were released, the rest are fine, i don't see what your issue is?

    Don't trust Kabam. I opened some at the beginning. Then, I opened a ticket because I never was re-warded the crystals and I got a generic response. I also wrote to the moderator, no response. Go figure these guys.

    It's not rigged. It's RNG. Rare drop. It has nothing to do with picking and choosing when he drops. There's only one Crystal pool, and it's one of the rarest drops in the game.

    Personally I’m not buying another Crystal until Kabam complies with Itunes guidelines and starts posting odds for Purchased crystals. Even if you can earn units within the game, if they are available for sale, then Apple/Itunes Rules will apply. Google will be issuing similar guidelines as well.
    Kabam mentioned in an announcement that they wanted to be more transparent with the player community. Here is a chance for them tokeep their word.

    I use to work at a Potawatomi casino and I do understand how RNG works. Don’t get me wrong but these have better odds then a casino.

    Also loved all the T4bc, Awakening stones, T1ac, 4* shards, 5* shards and all that gold/iso.
