Got banned !! Without cheating

i was enjoying this game very much until my account got permanently banned . its showing me that i was using a 3rd party software but i was playing this game fairly , i never used a 3rd party software . please help me . and previously when i used to open my game it never showed me any type warning and suddenly my account got banned . please remove ban . i have been missing this game very much . do something .
