Hi I recently saw that someone received an email from kabam stating that we will be received some rank down tickets for Christmas. Is this true?

Your email response is the typical response offered for many situations. We (Kabam) are not doing it now but reserve the right to do it in the future. Not a hint for future rankdown tickets.
