Quake's auto-evade

Why doesn't Quake evade when charging heavy in AW? Is this a known bug? I guess no one else uses her in AW, but it kind of ruins the character for use in AW since she doesn't work the way she's supposed to. So she's just a solo content/prestige trophy. is anything being done about this?

I use her in AW. She evades while charging for me....

You were likely fighting a true strike node or a champion who removes evade chance.
