Spiderman Stark Enchanced glitch

in Bugs and Known Issues
Recently, I had opened a Premium Hero Crystal and was so excited when it landed on a 4* Spiderman Stark Enchanced but, but about 3 seconds after it stopped spinning, it glitched to the 2* hulk right next to it. That’s messed up. I demand some justice, kabam.

    Stop feeling so entitled. Whatever crystal u put on the spinner has already been decided when u spin it, so if you're destined to get that hulk then you're gonna get him. But if it makes u feel any better,

    Dude, it was on him for 3 whole seconds which is a long time for that. And when it opened, it glitched to Hulk. And no, that doesn’t make me feel any better

    It’s just lag man. Your game lagged. The majority of crystals will stop either right before or right after a four star. It’s a bait a switch thing to make you think you were close but all are predetermined as soon as they hit.
