Unwanted units cuts.

Hello I m umeshummi
Playing this game for more 2.5 years
I haven't waste my single money on this game..and collected units for a months
I send some gifts to my alliance mate normal 15 units crystal but somehow game cut my almost 800 units which I collecting from.months...kindly refund my units...because of game lag I don't want to loose my units

    Hi Umeshummi! Your concerns in this instance would be best directed to our Support team. From the game's Home screen, please tap the grey gear icon in the top left corner. From there, tap on the button that says “Support”. Seek your question, if you’re not able to find the answer and have more questions, tap the button that states, “Need more help? Contact us” to submit a support ticket.
