Yes I know the regen is random. I also know since nerf it hasn't been as good. I also know over the last couple of weeks I've watch this very closely because I thought it odd in every other aspect of the game (i.e. quests arenas) it procs fairly regularly. Since new patch I've cleared my path in all 3 sections and never see it once, on multiple occasions. This silent nerf for AQ and quite possibly for AW as well is yet another penny pinching money grab from this Bernie Madoff of a company.
