Juggernaut Recovery Speed Against Hulk

As you can see in the gif Juggernaut recovers too fast after a 5 hit combo and blocks the special 1 when it should connect. I noticed this really only happens against Hulk but I might be mistaken. Please look into this.

    It isn't just juggernaut hulk has a hard time connecting his sp1 after a 5 hit combo in general
