This just means they were a tad more efficient in attacking than u guys. Since AW should reward the more skilled, I'd say they deserved the win
Agree, working as intended and much better this way. They clearly played better than you guys judging by defender kills and attack bonus. No longer can we lose wars with triple the defender kills.

Agreed. At least it didn’t come down to diversity.
They got more defender kills which would imply that the opposing team died more but somehow scored a higher atk bonus? Im a little confused but honestly we need to know if there were multiple deaths on the same defenders or 1 each or what before remotely saying is still broken. Id say at the bare minimum its WAAAAAY better than before. Id still personally like to see defender kills brought back but this new system is a step in the right direction

It doesn't necessarily mean that they died 1x per each node. Their could've been more than 3 per node, which the scoring bonus caps out at. Therefore giving them more points than if someone else died once per node.

I disagree. The purpose of this system is to allow an element of skill, and adding Defender Kills would lead to much larger problems than previously instituted. Defender Kills are no longer a scoring mechanism, and I think it's important to let go of using them to gauge ourselves. In this system, you have Bonus Points. 3 per, actually. One KO results in a deduction of 80 Bonus Points. Then two, then 3, until the final result is 0 Bonus Points out of a possible 340. Anything after that really doesn't matter because the Points are lost. There is still an objective of trying to stop the opponent from moving past, and we still have the incentive to stay alive. I've maintained all along that Defender Kills were not necessary for skill, and this validates that. Adding metrics for Defender Kills to this system would not only be contradictory, but it would result in a system much more broken than any considered before.
But you didn't win in all categories though. And they beat two more of your defenders than your team did. You had more diversity (barely) but they said diversity doesn't count for as much anymore.
