Special 3 while stunned

There seems to be an issue where some champions can activate the special 3 during a stun. I noticed this happen on 3 separate occasions today on the same map. Once vs night crawler, vs Medusa and vs Carnage on the final map of Hotel M.O.D.O.K. in uncollected difficulty. It's a discouraging bug and seemingly random. If I can find a way to consistently replicate the problem I will report back
