Captain Marvel Missed Hit in Mid Combo

Fighting against a 10k Nightcrawler in today's war and I was able to make him switch stances with my Captain Marvel. Took over 50% of his health then my CM missed the 3rd hit in her combo and NC was able to 5 hit her and kill her. Should have been an easy kill after I made him switch stances but instead a bug kills me.

I use iPhone 6Plus. Let me know if any more info is needed.
