How do I get better

in Alliance Recruitment and Incursions Matchmaking
Guys,
I have been playing this game for three years, no Alliance will allow me to fight enough in AQ and now kabam changed AW.i keep getting kicked out I am lacking fighting exp how does one get exp in map5 if I can not fight? I am age 48 with health issues I know that AQ and AW are main ways of Alliances to move up. What happened to support and loyal understanding here. I may not have the best champs in the game, or spend money here. What I bring is caring and working hard to meet all rules. Plz I am 188k now lvl 54 I play all times

    One thing I would highly recommend is in your free time watch a few videos from youtuber dorklessons and use his videos on intercepting, parrying and evading. Parry and evade are basic skills you probably have but it wouldn't hurt to improve those skills and intercepting while it will take practice greatly improve your gameplay and you'll have an easier time against inflated opponents like in AQ map 5
