Anyone else get ripped off buying new christmas packs? Purchased 3 of the $4.99and shards didnt load for my 4 star or 5 star. Anyway of Kabam fixing this before i call google and get refunded

    Also anyone else getting ripped off on the ISO'S? Dupped a 4 star joe fixit, showed i got him dupped which he now is, also showed i got iso's which i didn't get. Any other way to reach kabam to fix this? This is seriously pissing me off
