Mutant Dilemma

Advice/opinions needed...
I have X23 duped 4* at 5/50. Should I rank her down to take unduped 4* Archangel to 5/50 instead? It takes me forever to get the T4cc, so I want to make the right decision before the rank down expires. Thanks for the input.
