Elgato Glitch

When trying to start up a stream 2 days ago, the game refused to open when I had my Elgato plugged into my phone. The game would only open after I unplugged the Elgato. It did continue to work after I plugged the Elgato back in. I don't know if this is a game related issue or an iOS/Elgato issue.
I'm using the latest version of the game, iOS, Windows 10 home, Elgato drivers, and OBS. I don't know if any of those might impact this issue.
