Attacks missed after heavy attacks !!!!!

Hey guys is it just me or the bug is back? Im having troubles fighting science champs as they didnt allow me to hit em after heavy attack (again). For example i was fighting a Morales in AW and i missed 3 times, resulting him to bring my champ down to 15% HP. Not just that but Rhino and Spidey have the same issues. Anyone?
