We are a great team with friendly players. We work and move as a team. We also do alternate save weeks. Which gives us with great 4/5* shard rewards (21%-40% on Summoner Advancements).
Must:
-Have 130k plus Base Hero Rating
-Have a minimum 50 Summoner Level 50
-Be active especially if you join AQ/wars
