Missing rewards

I claimed 600 tier2 alpha shards from the modock lab rewards. This put me very close to farming a t2A. I completed uncollected modock event quest and got 3000 more shards. This “should” have formed a full t2A. I then explored uncollected modock event quest and got a full t2A when I checked my stash I had 1 full t2A and only 2238 shards. Instead of forming a t2A the shards rolled over, started back at 0 and did not grant me my fully formed t2A! Guys I’m not sure what other rewards they have shorted me on, but pay attention this may have happened to you!
