Rank down and sig stones

I’m looking for some advice on my 4 star champs.
I have a 4 star rank down and 2 generic sig stones to use but I’m not sure whether to use them now or wait out for some one else to use them on.
I’ve left some pics of my 4 star champs below and any help would be appreciated
