A question about IP with willpower.

Oh boy,I’m talking about potentially the most useless champion in the whole game. Can’t judge if i dont have him. Anyways,onto my question. So apparently an duped IP can regen like all other Ironman suits expect for hulk buster. So when you regen,it has a downside. You get a debuff called “Overburnt” which disables armor ups. But does willpower interact with the debuff? If it does,then your just going to heal forever which is super OP,or is it otherwise and willpower doesn’t trigger? I am desperate for answers... but I couldn’t find anyone responding to my question so i came to fourms. Thanks for reading,bye!

    Burnt Out/ “Overburnt” is a passive debuff, so Iron Patriot doesn’t get any willpower healing from it, just tested it.
