Is anyone else missing Checkmate Crystals?

I bought five crystals at once, spunfour and got, needless to say, four 3*s.
So naturally, I backed out and tried to recollect my composure in an attempt to not throw my phone at the wall.
I decide to try my luck again but I can’t seem to find that last crystal.
For whatever reason, I thought I might find the missing crystal if I bought another one, but of course, I didn’t.
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?
