Brand new alliance needs experienced players

I've just left an alliance I was with for a year or so and have decided to start a new one.
I'm looking for players who have been playing for at least six months and who have a decent knowledge of the game to help me get this alliance moving forward.
Also looking to add 2 or 3 officers and these officers will be in control of either the AQ or AW and everything that goes with that, team sorting etc.
The alliance is called The Dark Knights of Menga and we have 8 members so far nothing serious.
