Rank up 5-Star Pyslocke or 4-Star Starky

I’m new to the game and I’m not sure what to do. Both characters are unduped. Starkly is already a R3, Psylocke is a R1. Want to use my resources wisely. Thanks for the help.

Psylocke is good but not even close to comparing with Sparky. You're really lucky to have him and should upgrade him first.

Thanks. I wasn’t sure if because she was a 5 Star she made more sense then him being a 4 Star. I will upgrade Starky.
