M.O.D.O.Ks Lab. Sig Crystals Drop Rate??

Ok. After doing almost everyone,as much as possible, of the expert levels in the lab, I have received 7 sig crystals. The Lab has been going on for 23 days. I average 2 to 3 labs a day, which equals about 40 to 60 labs completed. I don't know about you, but these are no where near the drop rate Kabam are saying there is! I'm seeing about 11% which is giving the benefit of the doubt! Absolute garbage! Yes, I am calling you out on this Kabam. Please Explain?

I get crystals more than 50% of the time

So far I've only missed 2 modok quests. Got a lot of 5* sig stones at the beginning. Now, I get iso 90% of the time

I've missed one round of 5* labs and two rounds of the other labs. I've pulled both 4* and 5* sig crystals 60-70%+ of the time, and 3* sig crystals at an even higher percentage.
