Nebula IS NOT WORKING properly

Nebula's first super attacks are not working the way it's supposed to, at all, the power burning just doesn't happen, and the power blocking either.

    No, I tried and the same thing happened. Her drain & lock is not working.

    Then you're doing it wrong because it works just fine.

    hahahahahaha that screenshot just cracked me up hahahahah the little feet flying in the air hahahaha.

    About Nebula, it shows "power lock" and "power drain" as well, however it does not work, the power bar of my oponent even increases after the last hit.

    I have seen it working with Green Goblin and Civil Warrior, so there's something wrong wit Nebula.

    The power drain is proportional to the amount of shock charges on enemy, so if you use sp1 when enemy has no charges of shock, it still does power drain, just 0. Did you even read her skillset before claiming she's broken? lol
