Does the alliance have to hit the last milestone in the gifting event to be eligible for rank rewards?

I don't believe so. Simply because of the number participating. If the numbers were higher for Allies hitting last Milestone, I would be more inclined to say yes.

Could we get an official Kabam response to how Rank Reward qualification will actually work? Despite reaching Milestone 10, Only 2 of 24 members are above the 10k qualification level. Does this mean only they will get Rank rewards when the event is over??
