3M ALLIANCE -- RECRUITING NOOBS (1 at a time)

We are trying to reach 30 members. We are at 22. We recently took a brand new guy and he had his first 4* in 2.5 weeks.
This is a long term investment by us as an alliance. win-win.
Requirements:
Groupme (to communicate within a loyal well developed alliance) THIS DOES NOT REQUIRE A PHONE NUMBER LIKE LINE DOES
WIlling to put in the effort (this isn't a handout) you have the ability to login a few times a day. You will know your place as the noob, we are building you up so that you can help us in the long run. Loyalty will be rewarded, we will give advice and direction on masteries and characters.
We are running Map 2 in AQ, we will spoonfeed you what to do, you will not have any requirements in fighting, but your presence is needed to help move things along and show us you can follow directions.
