So at the start of every fight there's a soul imprisonment active on the opponent which can be reapplied by sp1 & consuming 1soul
Against Juggs. & UC it works just fine, they don't start the fight with their Unstoppable buff .. while playing against Dr. Voodoo in "halls of fortune", & Voodoo skull in the event quest, he always starts with the regen. buff despite the soul imprisonment that's active on him.....
while it doesn't hurt much & I can work around it, I just need to know if it's working as intended.
please care to clarify if it isn't a bug or fix it if it is.
