Is anyone addressing the huge shortage of T1 alpha?

Recently T1 alpha prices dropped in the glory store and I believe that was one step in the right direction. There is still a bottleneck when it comes to ranking up 5* champs with the 5 to 6 T1 alpha per rank.
Please consider a limit raise to 10 in the store or increases rewards in T1 alpha arena (maybe 4 T1 as milestones) or even adding to the daily offer. Any which way that this increase happens will be very popular!

I totally agree. We need some help here Kabam. I’m literally standing still for a week or more at a time between rank ups fir any of my 5* champs. Taking a 5* from rank 1 to rank 2 is now a giant decision, and really shouldn’t be that difficult. I have Gold, ISO, T4 Basic Cats, and a lot of Class Cats..... I just don’t have Tier 1 Alpha Catalysts. Seems pretty ridiculous.

The t1a has not been addressed really in any way ever. 5 stars require a ton.

5 t1a from glory store (price dropped leaving you glory for other goodies too)
1 (or 2) from t1a arena, 2 if you grind to top
2 or 3 from alliance events (completion, arena, etc.)
t1a shard card for January

So you can't say they aren't doing anything about it, they are taking small measured steps, which is the right approach, rather than flooding the market.

The glory store and shards were as you say measured steps, but imo Insignificant to the actual supply imbalance. how much do those shards actually add up to, is it $15 for two alphas and a bunch of t3 cats? We are short dozens) the other solutions you said weren't new. alpha arena and alliance events have been around forever. Issue is game is moving to 5*s and their alpha requirement is out of balance with what is actually available in the game, games changing and progressing, but the rewards have not been balanced to match

True, am not saying they fixed the issue. I agree that I'm gaining t4b and t4cc as a much faster rate than t1a and thus they will fill my stash and run the risk of expiring. But at least they are taking some steps and hopefully will continue down that path to remedy the issue. My guess will be to slowly make t1a more accessible over time, that's what I would do. Hence the t1a shard card.
