Recently, I awakened my 4 star Elektra. Does this add to her potential? Thanks in advance.

Her crit attacks are amazing when the opponent life is below 25% and her bleeding is also gret

The crits at 25% instead of 15% are nice but don’t worry about boosting her signature ability as the crit damage boost isn’t anything to write home about.

The CDR boost was 100% at 99 prior to 12.0 but was changed to the equivalent of 40% with flat values. The nerf Was never noted anywhere that I saw. Still holding on to hope it was an oversight.
