Mephisto Ability accuracy problem

As a summoner i recently awakened my 4 star mephisto and i was delighted to see that despite his low signature level, he gained a +120% ability accuracy chance to activate his aura of incineration on "well timed blocks." i went and tested this out, keeping in mind that due to the description of activation when using "well timed blocks" that i should be able to activate this when triggering stun on the opponent with a parry, because it is also described as being activated through "timing a block right”(which because there is no reason not to associate them as the same thing; kabam has never differentiated them I believe them to be the same and they are descriptions are pretty much identical) (as well as he avoids all passive ability accuracy reductions so that should even be a problem) this was not the case at all however. i repeatedly triggered parry and stunned the opponent, without ever triggering a aura of incineration through a well timed block. to me this represents 1 of 2 possible problematic outcomes. either 1) this is another bug kabam needs to sort out (and acknowledge, so far i have seen or heard form kabam acknowledging that this bug even exists) or 2) there is a communication error. perhaps the "well timed block" needed to trigger mephisto's aura of incineration (with a +120% chance) is maybe a "more precise block" than the typical "timing a block right” one needed to activate a parry. kabam you should sort this out with the public whether or not this is a bug or a miscommunication through the champions abilities, but i know some other people who (along with me) are disappointed and confused as to why the aura of incineration is not gaining a 120% chance to activate (and then not activating because i only went up against champions without ability accuracy reduction abilities) and who are also upset at themselves as i am for using a valuable resource such as an generic awakening gem, which kabam holds at high value, something like $20 to $40 or something like that. to wrap this up kabam please look into this whatever the issue may be, and if anyone else knows whats going on with this, please contact me and let me know.
