That can be dependent on your current roster. If you have no other immune champs then it is a no brainer to me to pick Ultron, plus he has reliable regen as well.

Double immunity champs provide a lot of flexibility throughout the game. He probably can't quite do as much damage as X-23 (but she is more stunted by bleed immune champs than Ultron).

X-23 her regen is decent to good, but it tends to trickle rather than flood, but with patience you can get back to full health.

Consider what you have in your roster for direction.
