Premium Crystal slide

I don't know if this has happened to anyone else but pretty certain it has, while letting the crystal spin, today and it has happened a few other times, but today I watched it as it slowed and did it's final stagger through the heros and LOOKED like it was going to stop on a 4 star hero, then NOPE the selection slid 3 heros along to a 2 star hero.

Can anyone else tell if they have experienced this issue as well?

    I've had this happen multiple times. I even sent a ticket to kabam, all they did was tell me that the character you get is predetermined before you open it. They ignored my question about it sliding or moving to a lesser champ from a better one.

    I've had this happen with every crystal I have spun open. Weither a premium, 3,4, or 5* crystal.
