Can Crossbones ignore evade?

I have a 4 star crossbones unduped. If he has enough fury, can he ignore people with evade - spiderman/nightcrawler?
The most important question: If I parry a mordo with Crossbones unduped, can he ignore the astral evade if he has enough furies?

I think it says that each fury affect crossbones has decreases enemy defensive ability accuracy by 22%
So if he has enough furies, can he ignore mordo's astral evade?

    Normal evade, yes.

Astral evade, no. Mordo ignores ability accuracy reduction.

Ant man and og cap can stop it with fatigue though.

That’s what fatigue does?! Mind blown! I always wondered what it did (ant man), other than cause that many poisons

It's a recent change, I think in the last update.

    but why?

They did it in the last update. It does rather undermine his 'not affected by ability accuracy reduction' ability; but it seems they wanted to throw a bone to the science community; since fatigue is largely an ability possessed entirely by science champs. OG Cap, Ant-Man, Spider-Gwen and Miles Morales being the ones who jump to mind.

Concussion has the same effect on Mordo; which means characters like Quake, Gambit and Taskmaster can then stun him safely; whilst Daze is a completely separate ability (whilst being virtually identical in effect to concussion); so Karnak can't.

I'm sure there's an internal logic to it all. End of the day: Original Cap now eats Mordo for breakfast.

Each fury reduces ability accuracy by 22%. Four fury makes 88% and five or more fury make 100%, though this may not apply to Mordo.
