I understand that spending time creating new content is important.
But the new champions released have made many of the old ones obsolete.
I'm not complaining about the strength of the new champions, I love my iceman, gwenpool, ghost rider etc.
But since they're so much better than champions like Ironman, Colossus etc. I only use them for most content.
Buffing weak champions will not hurt the game.
Periodically Kabam can rework champions and put them in crystals and the arena.
Players can only unlock these reworked abilities if they get the champion(dupe) after the rework. Just sitting on the champion will not get you the changes.
This way players will have an incentive to buy crystals and grind for an old champion (considering of course that the rework makes them play-worthy)
Essentially, Kabam is creating a new champion just by making a few changes and making the community happy. Win-win.
