Server Maintenance Issues on 1/2/18

I was doing the master/expert difficulty for MODOK labs when I beat the captain marvel and claimed the rewards: 200 5* stars, etc...
However, the game crashed and when I logged in later, I found that I had not received any of the rewards from the quest. I am really upset because I lost the rewards and I also used a lot of health potions and revives. Please offer compensation for my losses! I would appreciate it since it is only fair. All of this happened at around 10:00 pm, two hours after the server maintenance at 8:00 pm.

    This was long after the server maintenance, so the game should not have crashed. Please give me my compensation. I would either like my rewards for the MODOK labs expert quests or my health and revive potions back. That is all I ask.     @TheHoodedDormammu Unfortunately you can forget about your rewards from this. I've submitted multiple tickets, because I got locked out of Labs on the 25/12/2017 because of their emergency maintenance, after finishing all 6 fights on Expert. After they send you a boilerplate response they will just close your ticket and stop responding.

    If you mention the issue here on the forums they will shut down the thread because it's account specific. The mods here also won't respond to PMs either even after they kill the thread. Basically the issue of dealing with one Modok's Labs is too tough for them. They'll sweep it away, not talk about until you forget. Issue solved.

    @TheHoodedDormammu - we can get this looked into. If you've already submitted a ticket to support, can you PM me directly with that ticket number? If you haven't yet, can you please submit a ticket then send me the ticket number regardless?

    And @RedRooster - I'm sorry that you feel this way about issues. We don't want things to be 'swept away'. I'd like to help get this looked into if you can also send me a recent ticket number for this matter. As for Mod's not responding in a PM, please remember we do receive a number of messages and it takes time for us to go through them all. Apologies if you've felt ignored due to this, I'd be more than happy to help.

    With that said, I'll be closing this thread only because it isn't a matter we can have handled directly on the forums as this is meant to be a peer to peer discussion. If you can both PM me, we'll get your concerns looked into.
