Looking for an active alliance that does minimal Map 3 and Active AW

My rating is nearing 110K. I am able to be active in AQ and AW all the time unless something urgent comes up. My main goal now is to build 4* 5/50 characters through AQ and 5* 3/45. My prestige isn't insane but I am very willing to build my good prestige champs once I get the catalysts.
In terms of skills, I am able to do the MODOK master mode from last month and know how nodes work in AQ as well as parrying and working on to perfect my intercepting. Also able to take down minibosses and sometimes bosses in my alliance right now.
