Why is my voodoo taking damage vs Void with no debuffs

I enter the fight with voodoo against void in uncollected difficulty and I am instantly receiving lots of damage, 40% of my health is gone in less than 10 seconds.

They are avoiding this thread like the plague. Having an X23 and a Voodo, I’m curious to see the resolution....

The made an announcement stating that there's a bug with Dr Voodoo and they are currently fixing it! They don't know if other champs are affected like Voodoo! I guess WE have to test them out
