After a certain point, no alliance members are excited to see when someone gets a 3* champ. It's generally pretty thrilling to get a full T4B or T4CC from AQ crystals, though.
It would be great if alliances could choose which notifications appear on the alliance page so we can congratulate teammates on the pulls that matter at the stage of the game we're at.
