Option to buy T1A with BCs

With the need to rank up 5* to be competitive and constant shortage of T1A's, I think it would be awesome if we could have an option to buy T1 Alpha catalyst using Battle Chips.
I think Tiered or scaling pricing starting with example: 50K BCs per Alpha would make sense. There could even be a restriction as to how many Catalysts can be purchased in a week, similar to Glory store.
Would love to hear what you all have to say about this.
