I started this game for Thor Ragnarok. But I dont seem to get him. I have seen 2* TR in versus once or twice. Is he super rare? Do I need to reach any particular level in order to have a chance to get him? How can I maximize my chances?

    Just need to hit level 60 and it should be in the 4* crystal from act 4....
