Specials getting blocked

I apologize if it’s already been brought up & I missed it but is anyone else having their specials getting blocked at an alarming rate since the last maintenance? I’m not talking about champs with known issues (I’m looking at you capt marvel) but with champs like GP, who’s specials never miss.
